Aims and Objectives

The aims and objectives of the Association are to:

• provide a common platform for professional interaction


• provide opportunities for personal and professional development


• extend need-based services to the community


• bring the Alumni of St. Ann’s College of Education (Autonomous), Secunderabad under one forum for exchange of experiences, dissemination of knowledge and talents amongst its members.
• collaborate to conduct seminars, conferences, workshops, lectures and other academic activities.


• create and establish Alumni endowments for granting scholarships, prizes and medals to the students showing high proficiency and honour former Alumni.


• collect funds by way of subscriptions, contributions, donations and gifts from members, non-members and philanthropists for furtherance of the above objectives.


• render financial aid to the deserving poor students studying in the College.
• bring out magazines, souvenirs and newsletters highlighting the activities of the college and its Alumni.


• organize cultural and educational programmes and also to conduct Alumni Day celebrations every year.
